Thanks for the answer, I'll try to make something else. But I have a suggestion. If you follow the lead of the contest in the "NEED" section, you don't learn much about what you need to do. So if you follow those two attachments you get logos like the ones so far. I tried to translate your answer on google translate, from french to english, and by doing that you loose some of the meaning. I get some of the hints but all together it doesn't have any sense.
If you could explain a little bit more about your wishes (possibly in english) you could expect better results.

the logo must be a escutcheon
the same model with the same elephant , letter LVMM
THE EAGLE with under the letter UBI

the logo must look like that coin of money with silver relief around the bleu"s center
and under : HANIBAL bigger that the logo with like russian police or 18 century simple elegant and power for look like to family money in russian

with the picture 2 i want make something moderne and dream
