TransCard is a European Research project with the aim: 'Translating disease into Cardiovascular health’: It means that insight into the molecular origin of disturbed LDL, triglyceride and/or HDL metabolism in patients can provide immediate targets for pharmaceutical intervention leading to successful treatment of this disease
The logo will be used for all kind of communications (internet, posters, presentations, etc).

Description du designer lyra:
Here is my concept for your logo. It is clean, simple and suitable for any medium, for web and for print.
The logo consists of two hearts divided by an s-form path ("safe way"). The hearts form a cross which stands for medical sector/treatment. The translation/transition is underlined by the use of gradient colors. If you like the concept I can send you several color variations (already prepared but not sent yet due to 15-submission limit).
Design elements (colors, fonts, etc.) can be changed according to your preference. Looking forward to your thoughts on this design. Thank you
