TransCard is a European Research project with the aim: 'Translating disease into Cardiovascular health’: It means that insight into the molecular origin of disturbed LDL, triglyceride and/or HDL metabolism in patients can provide immediate targets for pharmaceutical intervention leading to successful treatment of this disease
The logo will be used for all kind of communications (internet, posters, presentations, etc).

Description du designer Diogen:
From a that requires medical care, to a healty one. 9 overlapping hears - each successive for every letter in "TransCard", and each 10% in fuller color, representing the healing process, the advantage and recovery. Diagonal position of logo relative to a card shaped background relates to "Trans" in "TransCard" - from one end to the other, or all acrooss.
