Strength training and injury prevention for athletes and abitious hobby athletes. I offer bodystructure analysis to show up imbalances of the muscular system and to solve those through the creation and application of individual training plans, to reduce the risk of injury. Simultaneously the athletic performance is raised through innovative strenght training, which matches the athletic activities of the client.The training takes place in my own studio, which is mainly equipped with special training devices from the US/England. Those are nearly complete unknown in germany. The total amount of establishments with such equiptment and training offers are less than 10 in Germany. Accordingly the offered training programme is still strength training, but can not be compared to the regular fitness gyms.
La cible:
Athletes of any age/performance level, ambitious hobby athletes as well as any well motivated non-athletes that are really willing to train. Since the workout takes place in form of a personal training or in small groups the low budget (19,99€ p/m)fitness audience can notbe considered part of the target audience.

Colours and design should be printable and stitchable on shirts or similar.

Hm this would be hard or expensive job to print/paint. Could you do it without the background/arm and the H( i know it shall be a dumbbell but it look a bit pixelated)

True, but i would more likely see it with the latinized name like achilles-training. And not that dark please. Hard to see the wire...
